Ranking Most Successful Zodiac Signs for NFL QBs

Sometimes, the stars just align for players in the NFL.

Whether it’s Brett Favre and the Green Bay Packers or Tom Brady and the New England Patriots, there are instances when opportunities arise at just the right time, and when given a chance, players once considered to be backups become Hall of Famers.

There are also other times when stars align. If you follow your horoscope, then you likely know which signs you’re more compatible with. That not only covers to romantic relationships but, as The Zodiac GM notes on X, it also extends to the relationship between players and coaches.

Inspired by this tweet by The Zodiac GM on X, BetGeorgia.com wanted to know what zodiac signs are most dominant among current starting NFL quarterbacks. Using Pro-Football-Reference.com, we found the career total win-loss percentage and yards per game for each quarterback currently starting. Then, we found the average win-loss percentage and yards per game for each of the 12 zodiac signs and ranked them from most successful to least. Falcons QB Kirk Cousins, Leo, is among the second most successful zodiac group. Something to keep in mind across the future of Georgia sports betting.

Compatible Kirk Cousins?

Just how compatible is Cousins with his teammates and coaches? Back in March when Cousins signed his four-year deal with Atlanta, The Zodiac GM said the veteran signal caller may have found “a good situation” with the Falcons. They noted the now-36-year-old would have great chemistry with Falcons head coach Raheem Morris and offensive coordinator Zac Robinson, grading the trio’s synergy as an A-minus.

“Of course everything else has to fall in place the defense, special teams; execution, and discipline, etc.,” The Zodiac GM said six months ago.

It’s not just the coaches with whom Cousins has great synergy. In May, The Zodiac GM noted that Cousins would be better for Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts than former QB Desmond Ridder. Through the first four weeks of the season, Pitts has caught eight of 15 Cousins passes intended for him for 105 yards and a touchdown. Last year, with Ridder, Pitts caught nine of 17 targets for 100 yards and no scores.

Four games into the season, and it’s a safe bet Falcons fans are happy with what they’re seeing from the team’s blockbuster free agent signing. While the Dirty Birds are 2-2, Cousins has completed two-thirds of his 84 passes for 864 yards and four touchdowns.
The highlight of the season so far has been the last-minute comeback Cousins engineered on Monday Night Football in Week 2 at Philadelphia. His 7-yard TD pass to Drake London with just :34 left gave Atlanta a 22-21 win against the Eagles. He almost duplicated the feat last weekend on Sunday Night Football when the Falcons hosted the two-time defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.
